Katrina Poulsen relocated from southern California to Enterprise, Utah in grade school, where she graduated from Enterprise high school. Katrina’s career in healthcare began as an ophthalmic tech before obtaining her RN from Mohave Community College in 2008, when she became a 3rd generation nurse. Katrina received her Bachelor’s degree from Walden University in 2011 while working as an RN in many capacities. While a member of the neurosurgical team and the acute pain service at DRMC from 2013-2020, Katrina developed a passion for pain management. This led her to pursue her Master’s in Nursing and obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University.

Katrina lives in Little Valley (St. George) with her highschool sweetheart, Tyler. Together they enjoy traveling, sailing, seeing live music, and eating good food. They also love spending time outdoors in our beautiful surroundings camping, hiking, and off-roading. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys woodworking projects, especially building small pieces and/or refinishing existing ones to bring them new life and personality
